At ShowerEnvy, we want you to love your spa experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your ShowerEnvy products in their original boxes, ensuring all components and filters are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
